ZxPixel Privacy Policy

ZxPixel is a local pixel creation app. It helps users create, preview, and manage pixel patterns, frame animations, and scrolling text works.

1. Information We Collect

ZxPixel does not require account registration and does not collect, upload, or share personal identity information.

2. Local Data

Pixel patterns, animations, text works, language settings, and canvas settings are stored locally on the user's device. ZxPixel does not upload these works or settings to a server.

3. Image Access

If the user chooses to import an image from the device album, the image is used only for local pixel editing. ZxPixel does not read images the user has not selected, upload the selected image, store it on a remote server, or share it with third parties.

4. System Information and Permissions

ZxPixel may read basic device information such as system language and screen size to set the default language and adapt the user interface. This information is not uploaded or used to track users.

The app may request permissions needed to select local images or save local app data. These permissions are used only for features the user chooses to use.

5. Data Sharing

ZxPixel does not sell, rent, upload, or share user data with third parties. The current version does not include advertising, analytics, account login, payment, or third-party data tracking SDKs.

6. Data Security

ZxPixel stores works and settings locally on the user's device. Users should back up important works themselves; uninstalling the app, clearing app data, device failure, or system cleanup may cause local data loss.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

Local data remains on the user's device until the user clears local works in the app settings, uninstalls the app, clears app data, or the system removes it. ZxPixel does not keep a remote copy and cannot restore deleted data outside the user's device.

8. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy when the app changes. The latest version will be available on this page.
